I've not tried this yet (I have a UniPaint white pen that is similar). BUT I noticed the Description says "water based" but the detail says "oil based".
I assume this will work at least as well as my UnipPaint pen and it's quite handy: the only way I have found to mark dark things (like marking computer power cables, etc.)
