Of course Sharpie pens are great, but these I especially like for writing a big black NO on credit card offers and things I send back using the free business reply envelopes in hopes of relaying the message that I don't want any more of their junk mail. They last a long time and are as black as india ink. The ink will stick to just about anything. The chisel tip is great because it will write very thick or very thin, depending on how you hold the pen to the object. Other brands just don't seem to last nearly as long as the Sharpies do.
