Sharpie Grip Stick Fine Point Pen, 3 Colored Ink Pens (1758054) CustomerReview
I'm a big fan of Sharpie Ultra-Fine-Point Permanent Markers, 24-Pack Colored Markers (32893), but those are still markers, not pens. On notebook paper, they leave quite the impression on the reverse side, bleed more than a bit and really aren't ultra-fine. I leave those markers for letter-writing on glossy card stock.
By contrast, this new line of Sharpie products is pen-like. I use these pens on notebook paper. My small handwriting stays precise - no bleed here even on the thinnest of paper. And - paramount for this messy left-hander - no trailing smudge caused by the outside of my palm. This effect is the bane of left-handers everywhere (well, those of us who write a language that is left-to-right) and is the single most important factor in determining what pen product I will buy.
Note, however, that when I try the Sharpie pens on my glossy card stock, they DO smear. So, it's the pens for notebooks and the Permanent Markers for my glossy stock letters.
